1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing muddyhogs.com or placing an order through our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who accesses or uses our store.

2. About Muddy Hogs

Muddy Hogs is a print-on-demand apparel brand based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, built for the SxS and UTV off-road community. Our products are produced and fulfilled through Printful's network of third-party print providers. We are the seller of record for all transactions on this store.

3. Products & Print-on-Demand

All items in our store are made to order through Printful. Because of this:

• Products are printed and shipped after your order is placed — we do not hold pre-made inventory.
• Slight variations in color, placement, or print tone may occur between orders due to the nature of the printing process. These are not considered defects.
• Product images are representative. Final colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and the garment used.
• We reserve the right to substitute a comparable blank if a specific style or color becomes unavailable, or to notify you and offer a refund.

4. Ordering & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or items that violate our policies. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is canceled by us.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. We accept all major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe.

Stripe's services are subject to their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com. Muddy Hogs does not store your full payment card information — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe.

If a payment fails or is disputed, we reserve the right to cancel the associated order. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in being banned from future purchases.

6. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Orders already confirmed and paid will not be retroactively affected by price changes.

Sales tax may be collected where required by law. The applicable tax amount will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed, depending on the print provider. Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Muddy Hogs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided to the email address on file. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier pickup.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary — check the store at time of purchase.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

We will replace or refund items that arrive with:

• A manufacturing defect (misprinted, damaged, or incorrect item)
• Significant damage caused during shipping

To initiate a claim, contact us at support@muddyhogs.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with Printful to resolve it. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly with them.

9. Intellectual Property

All original designs, graphics, logos, and content on this site are the property of Muddy Hogs. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

Our designs are created as original works or using properly licensed assets. Any resemblance to third-party trademarks is unintentional. If you believe a design infringes on your intellectual property, contact us at support@muddyhogs.com and we will investigate promptly.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this site to:

• Submit false or fraudulent orders
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or overload our store infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Use our branding or designs without permission

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our store and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muddy Hogs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the store or products purchased. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muddy Hogs, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the store.

14. Privacy

Your use of this store is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the store, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kingston, Oklahoma.
